| Q:
How did you know that I had funds that I
was entitled to receive?
A: Through
researching government financial records in specific geographic
areas, we determine that you are entitled to funds being held in
government control.
Q: What am I going
to be required to do to receive these funds?
A: We will
forward you a packet of documentation to review, sign and return
to us. This allows us to process the claim on your behalf.
Q: How long will it
take to get my money?
A: Depending on the type of claim that we're filing
in your behalf, it can take approximately 60-90 days to process
the paperwork through the necessary channels.
Q: Will I be required
to pay anything up front?
A: No. We pay all filing fees, court costs and attorney
fees.
Q: Will I be required
to disclose any personal information?
A: You may have to provide a photocopy of your state
driver's license. We never ask for such personal information as
your social security, credit card or bank account numbers.
Q: How is your company
different from other companies that recovers these funds?
A: The percentage of recovered assets that we charge
is considerably lower than our competition. Your specific fees will
be documented in the fee agreement within your packet.
Q: Can I do this myself?
A: Yes. You can track down assets and recover them
on your own. However, you may not be aware of these assets or know
how to go about retrieving them. You also may not have funds available
to pay any applicable filing fees, court costs and/or attorney fees
that are required.
Q: I know that I have
assets I am entitled to receive but I want someone to process my
claim for me. Is that something you can help with?
A: Yes. If you provide us with the nature of the
asset and where it is held, we will begin by verifying your entitlement.
Upon confirmation that the subject asset belongs to you, we will
forward you a packet of documentation that will need to be signed
and returned.
